Our call center is open 24/7 365 days a year. We offer flexible hours according to your availability and your needs. Our shifts can be between 6h00 and 00h00.Over night shifts are available but require special training.
Our team is entitled to a comprehensive selection of benefits after working six consecutive months of twenty-five or more hours per week. The choice of benefits and coverage are established by your individual employment agreement.

We are an inbound call management center (no selling) which means we provide telephone support service to the customers of a variety of companies spanning several different industries right across Canada. Our work schedules include day, afternoon and evening shifts.
Never worked in an inbound Call Management Solutions company? Not a problem. Experience is an asset but we also provide on the job training.
Starting salary is $16.00 per hour with a prescheduled increase in the 13th month to $16.96, working up to a top wage of $20.40. We also offer our unique 1,000 hours|$1,000.00 Graduation Bonus for successful completion of the i24 “WOW Specialist” program. We want to WOW you while you WOW our customers!
