Job Duties: Assist our Design Services Contractor Review and New Technology Teams

• Assist in maintaining and building various Sharepoint Resource Sites
• Assist in delivering tailored, virtual communications using various software tools
• Assist in ongoing task tracking in support of Design Services
• Assist in Power Apps solutions for gathering and organizing data, creating reports, presenting data to end users
• Receive assignments from supervisors on problems related to assigned area of work.
• Research available resources and contacts and propose effective recommendations.
• Assist in the analysis of problems and develop strategies and preferred solutions; and assist in the delivery of the solution.
• Assist in managing small- and large-scale deliverables in a cross functional team.
• Gather, consolidate, analyze and present data (metrics, project status, financial) in spreadsheets and dashboards to improve decision making Prepare comprehensive reports and specifications for projects and programs.
• Work with others, including different managers, as required.
• Assist in managing and tracking projects and status;
• Assist in driving project success through timely update requests.
• Attend Vendor touch point calls to speak to status of design reviews
• Assist with creating/editing weekly design review priority list
• Perform other duties as required

Selection Criteria:

• Currently in 2nd year or 3rd year of a 4-year Engineering, Business, Communications or Computer Science program.
• A valid driver's license.
• Requires knowledge of technical writing to prepare effective reports.
• Requires knowledge of engineering and/or business administration and financial reporting.
• Requires mathematics, information technology, analytical studies related to the application, design, and performance of the transmission/distribution system.
• Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to function effectively as a team member with a demonstrated ability to be an agent of change.
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and M365, SAP is an asset.
• Requires excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
