Specific Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Aviation Team Management, this position is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  1. Process new business and renewals in a timely manner;
  2. Ensure customer retention;
  3. Perform risk analysis, coverage review and identify changes to be made or defaults on last renewal;
  4. Have various insurance documents (quotes, coverage notes, invoices, certificates of insurance, endorsements, etc.) prepared, verified and forwarded;
  5. Prepare last year's and new year's insurance applications;
  6. Gather information to update the client;
  7. Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the producer;
  8. Provide excellent customer service;
  9. Negotiate renewal terms and conditions (endorsements) with insurers;
  10. Collect accounts receivable in collaboration with the finance department;
  11. Follow up on the recommendations issued by the insurers and inform the producer of any problems;
  12. Assist clients with claims and report them to the claims department or the insurer.

Requirements:

  1. Valid broker's license (RIBO asset);
  2. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  3. Excellent customer service skills;
  4. Ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  5. Bilingualism required (French and English);
  6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite;
  7. Knowledge of EPIC software is an asset;
