We are currently looking for a maintenance and service manager for our Oakridge and Place Sutton buildings. The selected candidate will be assured of a permanent full-time job and will be able to benefit from the many social benefits offered by Groupe Laberge.

Under the responsibility of the Operations and Customer Service Director, this person will be responsible for preventive maintenance and certain service calls for the Place Sutton building on weekdays from Monday to Friday. This person will reside in the Oakridge building, located in Côte-St-Luc, and will be responsible for alternating on-call periods for emergencies and rentals.

Work Locations: 5795 av Sir Walter Scott, Côte St-Luc, H4W 1N6 ; 7400 rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montréal. H4B 1R8

Main Responsibilities

  • Make service calls
  • Carry out minor repairs in the apartments and building
  • Carry out routine maintenance work of apartments and building
  • Carry out apartment rentals during the on-call periods
  • Answer phone calls during on-call periods
  • Other related tasks
