I'm Caroline, Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the recruitment of finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll.
I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a temporary position.
- Ensure complete payroll processing for unionized employees in Quebec (300).
- Perform the necessary validations related to timesheets.
- Work closely with the HR team and the person responsible for payroll.
- Meet weekly deadlines and ensure data accuracy.
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the information processed.
- At least two years of proven experience in payroll, including unionized payroll.
- Proficiency in Kronos and Employer D environments.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and organized.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Consultant.
