My name is Romane, and I am a recruitment and business development consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance positions. I work on both temporary and permanent recruitment on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates within your industry. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll roles.

I am looking for an Accounts Payable Technician for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a 6-month temporary position in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville with the possibility of renewal.

1. Manage accounts payable, including updating addresses, contact information, status, and other details;

2. Match purchase orders, receiving slips, and invoices;

3. Process supplier invoices;

4. Regularly monitor open purchase orders;

5. Ensure the filing and scanning of accounts payable documents;

6. All other related tasks.

Requirements
* College diploma (DEC) in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;

* Fluency in spoken and written French and English; this is required as the candidate will be communicating with individuals and/or companies located outside Quebec;

* Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset).

Knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

* Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Nav is a strong asset).
