L’employé doit être capable d’opérer une machine à couper au plasma, oxyacétylénique, tables tournantes, ainsi que les instruments de mesure.
Il doit avoir acquis l’expérience dans d’autres compagnies à la condition que le travail ait été compatible à celui effectué à l’usine. Il est responsable de l’entretien des machines qu’il utilise.
