Responsabilités

  • Travailler étroitement avec le groupe d’ingénierie de systèmes pour identifier les besoins des clients et le contexte d’utilisation des produits;
  • Proposer des solutions innovantes afin de créer de la valeur ajoutée pour le client;
  • Analyser les technologies et recommander des solutions pour soutenir les besoins d’affaires;
  • Mettre en place et expliquer les cibles et les règles d’architecture nécessaires et préalables à la réalisation des projets;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de développeurs;
  • Assurer le transfert de ses connaissances aux membres de l’équipe;
  • Participer aux efforts de développements;
  • Répondre aux questionnements spécifiques et résoudre des problématiques en tant qu’expert dans son domaine;
  • Assurer la cohérence de l’évolution des plates-formes technologiques;
  • Examiner et analyser l'efficacité et la rapidité des applications existantes, puis élaborer des stratégies pour améliorer ou exploiter ces systèmes;
  • Prendre en charge le développement de ses compétences et agir en tant que mentor auprès des développeurs.

Exigences du poste

  • Bonne connaissance des applications en temps réel (sous Windows/Linux) et des interactions entre logiciel et le matériel;
  • Habilité reconnue pour mener à terme des architectures complexes (documentation, revue et améliorations);
  • Expérience dans le domaine des applications mobiles (un atout);
  • Expérience dans le domaine des applications Cloud (un atout).

 

Profil recherché

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, dont cinq ans en tant qu’architecte;
  • Baccalauréat en génie logiciel, génie informatique ou informatique;
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement collaboratif axé sur l'équipe (SCRUM);
  • Excellentes aptitudes à l'écoute et aux relations interpersonnelles;
  • Souci du détail;
  • Fais preuve d’initiative et cherche constamment à développer ses connaissances;
  • Solide connaissance des meilleures pratiques et méthodologies;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication (orales et écrites) en français et en anglais.

  • Toy gathering for the region’s underprivileged children;
  • Blood donor clinic held by Héma-Québec at our offices.

Also, in June 2011 and 2012, we participated to the Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie (Pierre Lavoie Challenge), which aims at collecting funds to fight lactose acidosis, an orphan disease currently affecting people from the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region.
