We are seeking a dynamic team player who will work directly with the administration team. You are a team player, courteous and able to offer excellent customer service.



  • Responsable for accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and process the payroll (20 employees)
  • Bank reconciliations and other related accounting cycle tasks.
  • Collections.
  • Prepare wire transfers/electronic funds transfers.
  • Data entry for inventory.
  • Process supplier warranties.
  • Filing.

Administrative Assistance:
  • Prepare various reports and correspondance in English & French as required.
  • Jointly with the Project Co-ordinator, follow-up on assigned tasks and accounting related to project installations.
  • Communicate with customers with regards to project installations, delivery dates, etc.
  • Manage and co-ordinate freight logistics (Import/Export, local & overseas freight).
  • Communicate with suppliers and third parties as required.
  • In conjunction with the team, co-ordinate logistics for trade shows.

Requested skills


Excellent computer knowledge: MS Suite (Word, Excel, Oulook, Access, Powerpoint),
Solid accounting knowledge & accounting software: ACOMBA (is an asset)
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Bi-linguism obligatory: French/English
