Work environment


We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer in electromechanical for our training center located in Boucherville.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide mechanical and electrical training to on site and office technical employees

- Evaluate participants knowledge newly acquired in training session

- Complete administrative file for the management of the various training and maintain the training records

- Prepare and adapt presentations work instructions

- Adapt the training from the German head office to the federal and provincial regulations

- Collaborate with internal teams

- Support electrical and Health & Safety trainers

- Inspect personal protective equipment

- Perform tasks on sites in order to be up to date about the new procedures

- Participate in the risk evaluation on the work sites

- Any other related task

Requested skills

Requirements :

-   College or Professional Diploma in Mechanic

-   Minimum of 5 years experience as a trainer

-   Minimum of 3 years experience on power generation system

-   Experience with optimization process and quality control, an asset

-   Wind turbine industry experience, an asset

-   Independence and own initiative, well organized and team worker

-   Ability to work at height

-   Sense of responsibility and priorities

-   Ability for interpersonal communications

-   Skills and aptitude of a trainer

-   Very good knowledge of MS Office

-   Bilingual, able to speak and write in French and English

-   Valid driver license and passport

-   Willingness to travel in Canada and Europe (5-15%)
