Description
Have solid MIG/TIG background in (minimum 10 yrs) with welding soft steel & aluminum
Reading and interpretation of the technical drawings & complex assemblies
autonomous planning of the weld and assembly work (Setup)
use of templates (jigs)
Assemble according to the technical drawings in accordance with the dimensional and geometric tolerances
Pre-welding Inspection
adjustment of the welding parameters
Welding using MIG/TIG equipments
deburring and cleaning of the welded parts
Perform the finishing, clean and polish the welded parts or assembliies
inspection after welding
maintenance and preventive maintenance of tools and machinery to weld
any other task related to the need
