Reporting to the Sales and Customer Service Manager, this person will be mainly responsible to provide help and advice to customers on our products and services., and will have to communicate courteously with customers by telephone or face to face.

Specifically, this person will have to:

  • Greet and advise customers who come in and answer their questions.
  • Provide information on prices and payment options, course schedules, answer any questions they may have, promote our products and services, register customer and fill out their contract either by phone or in person.
  • Plan and assign courses based on the customer’s and trainer’s availability, making sure to respect the different training program rules.
  • Report operational and human resource issues to the Sales and Customer Service Manager.
  • Participate in monthly closings and compile some of the registration data.
  • Conduct efficient schedule management for trainers and instructors.
  • Ensure they are informed in a timely matter if they have to start later or end earlier.
  • Receive customer payments.
  • Take care of the daily filing.
