Reporting to the Operations Manager, the driving instructor has the primary responsibility to teach the Road Safety Education Program according to our educational standards.

  • Teach automobile driving using our educational tools.
  • Prepare courses and plan roads that will be taken during the in-car sessions.
  • Provide students with feedback and practice exercises;
  • Do a follow-up during the following lesson by filling out the learner’s handbook.
  • Make and complete formative assessments as required by our company and the AQTR training programs.

According to the Association québécoise des transports routiers (AQTR), you must:

  • Have a High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent and provide a copy.
  • Hold a regular driver's license class 5.
  • Demonstrate that you have a driving record with less than 4 demerit points and provide a copy.
