The company is looking for a receptionist to complete its team

What we offer:

Permanent and full time position
Schedule: Mondays - thursdays, from, 7:30 to 4:45
Fridays, from, 7:30 to 12:20
complete insurance after 3 months probation
Day of birthday paid and off
Free parking and accessible by public transport

Your responsibilities are:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Receiving the mail and distributing it to the proper person or department
  • Sending or receiving faxes
  • Make copies of documents or invoices for each department
  • Greet clients and direct them to the right person
  • prepare memos and different types of letters, upon resquest
  • Assist the Director of Human Resources
  • File the invoices and the delivery slips
  • Do all administrative tasks asked by your supervisor

Requirements and qualifications needed:

  • Have 1 -3 years experience
  • Have descretion
  • Must be fully bilingual, french/english and Italian an asset
  • Be a good communicator
  • Able to work under pressure and with short deadlines
  • Have good interpersonnal skills
  • Able to take initiative when needed
