POSITION SUMMARY - Solution Architect, Managed and Technical Services Design

Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, you will be part of a high-achieving and agile sales support team and become a key contributor to our growth. You will work directly with our clients, helping them get the most out of Compugen’s service portfolio, and will proactively foster and grow relationships with them. The Solution Architect’s ultimate goal will be to help customers achieve their business objectives through strategic customer engagement. We are seeking a reliable, adaptable individual with a proven record of delivering results under pressure who will thrive as both a team player and as an individual contributor. 

  • Work with client facing teams to understand how you can generate successful outcomes for customer using Compugen services
  • Work with your internal partners to foster a strong understanding of Compugen Services (including Service Desk, Field Services, Managed End Point, Managed Hybrid IT and Device as a Service) and how they deliver value to clients
  • Keep informed of our product line and industry trends that may impact client requirements
  • Learn how to use a variety of pricing tools (calculators) to generate pricing for inclusion in client proposals
  • Orchestrate customer facing workshops to define scope and opportunity, playing attention to the ITIL framework and Service Management structure
  • Create critical deliverables, often against tight timeframes, as a crucial part of a customer buying journey. This includes proposals, presentations and Statements of Work  

  • You have 3 - 5 years’ experience in delivery management, solution architecture, or service design related positions
  • The ideal candidate for this role will come from a customer facing Service Design and/or Transition background
  • Exposure and experience within various Service Management fields 
  • You will have working practice experience within an ITIL framework
  • You are team-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to work well in a closely-knit team
  • You have a track record of taking initiative, being solution-oriented, and getting up to speed on complicated issues quickly
  • You have exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • You have strong organizational & time-management skills
  • You are interested in technology, tech savvy with proficiency in MS Office
  • You have a post-secondary education
