Join us and help us make a difference.       This is an exciting role that manages how customers acquire software from Compugen, increasing sales of licensing and subscriptions through Lifecycle management.   This position is open to anyone in residing in Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal.   The Software Lifecycle Specialist will primarily drive sales and consumption of software products by managing the Software Lifecycle activities to engage the right customer and Compugen resources at the right times.  Maintaining Compugen’s base of software licensing and subscription customers, and increasing our entanglement with existing customers is key to this role. Working with an extended team, the Software Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for implementing software lifecycle activities to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the term of their agreement. The Software Lifecycle Specialist is responsible for working with the customer directly to highlight key dates and activities that will require effort and ensuring that the right Compugen resources are engaged to drive outcomes.  Once those are established, the Software Lifecycle Specialist ensures that Compugen’s resources provide their deliverables on time and with quality and insight.         Responsibilities:

  Qualifications  
  • Strong knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, Commvault
  • Strong written and spoken French language skills is an asset
  • Must have or be able to quickly attain one or more of the following Licensing Certifications: VSP, CSSP, CSP
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Ability to determine problem areas and recommend solutions
  • Ability to service customer accounts with quality, timeliness, and professionalism
  • Excels in effective and positive communication both written and verbally
  • Ability to work and facilitate in a team environment
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi task
  • Ability to conduct research and exercise good business judgment
