Cintas is currently looking for a Service Supervisor. This position is to see to the proper functioning of the service and sales representatives to manage and train his employees and improve the customer service. The supervisor act as the responsible for Health and Safety for their employees. This position include interviews for hiring the new employee also evaluate the overall performance ot the Service, Sales Representative. Handle the routes when absence, but also coaching and support service representatives and sales on the road. Ensure policy compliance and enforce disciplinary process if applicable (including dismissal). Participate in management meetings, improved process and action plans. Attributable results such as among others the loss of business and/or the loss and replacement of blogs/clothing. In addition, the supervisor on duty must visit clients to respond to service calls, maintain a high level of satisfaction among customers, the objectives of sales, profit, inventory and payroll, manage a budget and operational issues affecting the service.
