.    4-5 years of hands on Hadoop experience in various technologies (Hive, Scala, Java, etc.,)

.    At least 6 years of experience in a data warehouse environment

.    Securing data and data solutions

.    Big Data analytics, Hadoop, Data Warehouses, NoSQL, etc.

.    Must  have experience developing applications on Horton works distribution

.    Must  have experience with AWS data technologies including EMR, Redshift and others

.    Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects

.    Experience with data platforms and data security

.    Application development in multiple languages with multiple APIs

.    Research product and technical data in order to recommend products, technologies, and processes for ongoing projects

.    Experience with BI tools and visualization tools, Tableau preferred

.    Experience with Machine Learning, Hadoop, and Spark

.    Extensive experience leading the build and operations of a data warehouse

.    Extensive experience with application development

.    Expert writing SQL and Python

.    Experience with Spark, Scala and Zeppelin

.    Experience with the following is a plus: JIRA, Confluence, GIT

.    Demonstrated initiative to stay abreast of technology advancements

.    Passion for Information Security

.    Operating data solutions in a cloud environment

.    Ability to analyze large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching

.    Ability to communicate clearly and translate data into understandable documents

.    Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously

.    Must  possess the ability to meet deadlines and manage personnel in an efficient manner

.    Must  be able to effectively manage a number of projects and priorities in parallel

Solution Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. 

They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture.

They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation.

The scope of the Solution Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand.

A  Solution Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical solution as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.

You should be able to identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment.

You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations.

You lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence.

You are seen as a role model in your community.

• Qualification: Minimum 7 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: TOGAF-9 level 2; or IAF level 2.

• Should be master in Functional Architecture Design and Architecture Knowledge and Financial Analysis.

•  Should have experience in Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Technical Solution Design, Negotiating, Change Management and Continuous (Service) Improvement.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis.
