Human Resources Administrators provide administrative and general human resources support to all military activities. Their primary responsibilities include human resources administration and services, pay and personnel support services, automated information management as well as corporate and general purpose administration. This trade is also available in the Reserve Force (part time).

TASKS :

  • Maintain a central registry
  • Apply military compensation and benefits
  • Administer support to operations
  • Maintain pay system and payroll accounting
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Provide support to personnel management
  • Operate automated personnel systems


CONDITIONS:

WORK SCHEDULE

  • In the Regular Force, members work on bases and stations across Canada and on operational deployments around the world.
  • In the Reserve Force, members adapt their schedule to suit their needs. They can choose to work full time or part time on a voluntary basis.


SALARY

  • For the REGULAR FORCE, the salary varies between $38016,00 and $116040,00/year depending on experience.
  • For the Reserve Force, the salary varies between $101.96 and $295.04 per day.
