Global CRM Strategist, E-commerce

Working alongside digital and brand marketing teams (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road, Can-Am On-Road, Marine group), you will:

  • Recommend the best CX in order to build lasting relationships with our customers. 
  • Identify business opportunities to increase customer experience & upsell opportunities.
  • Recognize & Map untapped opportunities. 
  • Define a multi-channel approach to improve CRM strategies. 
  • Recommend potential boosting tactics.
  • Have a strong understanding of  customer needs, both existing and potential. 
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy (acquisition, retention, upsell & repurchase).
  • Use data to define KPIs and goals across different segments, identify trends.
  • Deepen consumer knowledge (engagement, purchasing cycle, retention, buying intentions).
  • Optimize CRM program to deliver upon overall e-commerce objectives.

Working alongside your team members and partners, you will map marketing automation processes that will support various teams, by:

  • Gathering brand, e-commerce, omnichannel & CRM objectives. 
  • Building recommendations & planning the best path to achieve goals.
  • Bringing plans to stakeholders & influencing.
  • Prioritizing initiatives and timelines.
  • Co-building roadmaps. 
  • Assessing feasibility and working in hand with CRM specialists to create a detailed execution plan.
  • Analyzing, adapting, and improving.

Working alongside your team members and partners, you will:

  • Elevate marketing skills through an active and informed global marketing community.
  • Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision.
  • Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally.


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in customer relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in marketing automation (multi-channels). 
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce & market trends.
  • Knowledge of Adobe campaign solution or Salesforce required. 
  • Fluent in both English & French (written and spoken).

  • Detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.

This job can be in either Montreal or Sherbrooke, Hybrid or remote options available.
