Requirements :

Job description :

The Patient beneficiary attendant provides basic patient care. He/she provides a presence and physical assistance. He/she is part of the nursing team and assists the registered nurses. The PAB helps patients at mealtimes, throughout the day and at bedtime. He/she assists with bathing, continence care, while ensuring a comfortable environment for the patient and family. The PAB also ensures that patients receive the appropriate care while respecting the integrity and dignity of the patient in order to contribute to their comfort and well-being.
