PLEASE NOTE: This position has no set hours and work is offered as an on-call, as and when needed basis.
This is an ongoing posting without a scheduled close date. The posting close date will be added to the posting a minimum 2 weeks prior to the posting close date. Applications will be reviewed on a bi-weekly basis.

The purpose of this position is to provide general administrative, clerical, and program support to the work unit. This includes determining work methods and procedures in the program area, reviewing incoming referrals and providing contact information to clinical staff. It also included scheduling client appointments, family therapy sessions/meetings and/or case conferences.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (for example, GED).
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Experience with MS Office Programs, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
PREFERANCE MAY BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES:
- With a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration.
- With more than 6 months experience working in an office environment.
- With more than 6 months experience with MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Who self-identify as First Nations, Métis or Inuit with the required combination of education and experience.
