Description

Reporting to the Store Manager, the position holder is responsible for providing customer service, to meet its sales objectives, assist in product merchandising and support is internal training. True company ambassador, the position holder will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.


Responsibilities:

  • Offer a high standard of customer service and an outstanding shopping experience;
  • Develop long lasting customer relationships;
  • Reach its sales objectives;
  • Apply company policies and procedures;
  • Support its internal training;
  • Apply safety programs;
  • Assist in store openings and closings;
  • Support the promotion of product;
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of products;
  • Ensure regular store maintenance;
  • All other related tasks;

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
  • Have a high school diploma;
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy and initiative;
  • Skilled communicator;
  • Be versatile
  • Have good judgment;
  • Available to work days, evenings and weekends;
