Job Description
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the incumbent is responsible for developing the territory of the GTA by proposing a sales strategy tailored to the needs of the customer.

Target Audience: Cities, Landscape Architects, Architects, Early Childhood Centers, School Service Centers, Commercial, Institutional, Corporate.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop the sales potential of the assigned territory by constantly focusing on
customer satisfaction.
• Establish trust relationships with customers, understand their needs and goals
by proposing appropriate solutions.
• Make targeted presentations regarding the proposed solutions.
• Collaborate on the sales strategy of the territory.
• Prospect with all current clients and new accounts to identify new sales
• Follow up on current customer accounts in the territory to close a sale.
• Promote new products and stay updated on the range of available products.
• Participate in relevant promotional events for the target audience.
• Ensure management of customer accounts in collaboration with internal sales
support teams.
• Transmit customer needs in order to propose appropriate products.

Requested skills

Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in landscape architecture, landscape
design, civil engineering, design related studies or sales (AEC), or any
equivalent combination.
• Experience and Knowledge: Five (5) years of sales experience in the
institutional or municipal sector. Knowledge of the public tender process is
essential. Knowledge of the construction industry an asset.

Skills Required
• Ability to understand customer needs and present products clearly and
effectively to close a sale.
• Possess a strategic vision of the issues in the sector.
• Frequent use of the elevator speech and uses of the challenger approach.
• Ability to obtain relevant information to close a sale.
• Demonstrate self-confidence and be recognized for setting ambitious goals.
• Results-oriented.
• Ability to manage stress and emotions.
• Manage your time effectively to achieve goals and carry out appropriate
• Mastery of technological tools such as the Microsoft Office suite, CRM SAP
Business One.
• Ideal bilingual (English as primary language and French spoken)
