Description
Looking for an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate construction project cost estimates and collaborate with teams to ensure feasibility and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project documents and produce detailed estimates
- Assess costs for materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, internal teams, and subcontractors
- Conduct site surveys when necessary
- Use estimation software to produce reports and analyses
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support during negotiations
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in construction estimating
- Degree, DEC, or AEC in architecture, civil engineering, building mechanics, or construction estimating
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with effective collaboration skills
Conditions:

- Salary: $59,000–$90,000/year
