Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator, who will quickly evolve within our team. You will develop highly creative digital strategies, manage from A to Z high-impact marketing projects with international reach on social networks, which will generate a high rate of engagement from targeted audiences. Your main objective will be to help build and spread the company's thought leadership that will need to be transformed into a growing volume of qualified leads, mainly from LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.


  • Designing effective communication strategies for each of the company's social network
  • Plan and coordinate content creation efforts in collaboration with internal product marketing experts, the software development team, and management
  • Coordinate the implementation of an editorial calendar, write (in each of the two languages) and schedule publications;
  • Promote via social media our SaaS solutions offered on marketplaces, primarily Microsoft AppSource
  • Create, update and manage our social media profiles (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Fully understand social media performance indicators, analyze results, prepare dashboards, and propose avenues for continuous improvement;
  • Manage social communities: monitor comments, respond promptly to questions, , build new relationships, initiate and facilitate conversations;
  • Create visual content tailored to social media by coordinating the efforts of graphic designers, UI/UX experts as needed; and è Support the person responsible for content creation (photo, video, stories, etc.)
  • Conduct regular monitoring of competitors and outreach opportunities;
  • Any other related tasks.

Requested skills


  • 3 years of experience managing social media marketing projects;
  • University degree in administration, with specialization in marketing, communication;
  • Fluency in French and English (bilingual);
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and autonomy;
  • Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners;
  • Knowledge of the social media management tool Hootsuite or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of collaboration tool (Planner, Asana, Trello, or equivalent);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment a plus.
