Description

As our Mississauga Client's Customer Service Representative, you will belong to a team of high energy professionals that provide excellence in logistics customer service. Role:

  • Creating and maintaining strong customer, internal stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Ensure each shipment is appropriately recorded, monitored and tracked to meet customer deliverables
  • Assist in negotiations with shippers and carriers
  • Preparing required shipping documentation
  • Maintain, enter and file all required documentation in accordance to company standards
  • Review processes to ensure best practice and efficiencies
  • Effective and professional communication with clients and carriers

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Logistics and Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work extra/odd hours
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
