  • Deliver HR services to employees and business leads.

  • Execute performance achievement and rewards processes.

  • Oversee reporting and insights on metrics and trends impacting the business.

  • Advise leadership on HR aspects of business strategies, issues, and decisions.

  • Design and deliver HR programs.

  • Tickets Review and action within the specific SLAs while providing exceptional customer service

  • Solve tickets on first contact by providing exceptional customer service to reduce overall customer responses and escalations

  • Address concerns respectfully and professionally with individuals and if required involve your manager to support the conversations
