We are seeking an Intermediate/Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will support intermediate level to professional/technical roles.

What you’ll do…

  • Develop and foster a deep understanding of business needs and roles that are being hired for

  • Source, attract, and partner with the hiring manager to interview and select top talent for open roles

  • Actively engage in community activities and career fairs to build the Empire Life brand 

  • Select and manage preferred vendor relationships

  • Network and build candidate pipelines using a variety of channels 


You’ll need to have…

  • The ability to manage a high volume requisition load and manage competing priorities

  • The personality to build strong relationships with business partners, community contacts, and vendors

  • All-around excellent customer service and communication skills

  • The ability to influence and persuasively articulate a value proposition

  • Social media savvy and strong networking skills

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
