While they are not an official 2024 statutory holiday in Qu\u00e9bec, the <a href=\"\/blog\/en\/the-2022-construction-holidays-everything-you-need-to-know\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Construction Holidays<\/a> play a big part of summer vacation plans for workers across the province.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginning back in 1970, the Qu\u00e9bec government entered into an agreement with representatives of the provincial construction industry for&nbsp;two periods of two-week holidays at the end of July and December.
