Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst to develop business improvement processes using cyber security products. The Analyst will be responsible for following up on the business requests and documenting processes, establishing and defining a streamlined process as well as securing stakeholder buy in.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the stakeholders & SME
  • Create process flow charts
  • Streamline processes
  • Gap analysis
  • Process Modeling
  • Document processes
  • holding JAD sessions
  • Requirement Gathering


Must haves:

  • Intake processes
  • process streamlining
  • Experience supporting Cyber Security projects with in the federal government
  • process Documentation


Nice to haves:

  • Experience in translating technical documents into layman's terms
