Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst to develop business improvement processes using cyber security products. The Analyst will be responsible for following up on the business requests and documenting processes, establishing and defining a streamlined process as well as securing stakeholder buy in.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the stakeholders & SME
- Create process flow charts
- Streamline processes
- Gap analysis
- Process Modeling
- Document processes
- holding JAD sessions
- Requirement Gathering
Must haves:
- Intake processes
- process streamlining
- Experience supporting Cyber Security projects with in the federal government
- process Documentation
Nice to haves:
- Experience in translating technical documents into layman's terms
