Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst to analyze current processes and provide process enhancements. The Analyst will be responsible for following up on the business requests and documenting processes, establishing and defining a streamlined process as well as securing stakeholder buy in .


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the stakeholders & SME
  • Create process flow charts
  • Streamline processes
  • Gap analysis
  • Process Modeling
  • Document processes
  • holding JAD sessions
  • Requirement Gathering
  • Billing - cost recovery team. Track what the usage is, costs are, send to the finance team to go recover the money. Track the financials in reports. (Excel spreadsheet)


Must haves:

  • Intake processes
  • process streamlining
  • process Documentation


Nice to haves:

  • Capacity management experience
