Our client in the financial software industry is looking for an Intermediate DevOps Engineer with Kubernetes to develop and deploy CI/CD pipelines - 28516790

Location: Down Toronto - Hybrid - 2 days in office

Duration: 6 months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative and continuous highly reliable technology services.
• Strong focus towards developing shared integration services with automation and cloud enablement.
• Involvement in Architecture and Development design reviews for new implementation and integration projects.
• Troubleshoot application related issues and work with infrastructure team to triage Major Incidents.
• Work with business users to understand needs, issues, develop root cause analysis and work with the team for the development of solutions and enhancements.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with build tools.
• Experience creating AWS services monitoring.
• Experience monitoring OS, middleware, and applications using cloud and on-prem tools.
• Experience working with log aggregation, synthetic transactions, and external monitoring.
• Experience improving application performance with APM.
• Experience improving application performance with end user monitoring.
