Int. Communications Coordinator to support Social Impact Team for our large banking client - 61530

Location: Downtown Toronto (hybrid - Tues/Wed in office)

Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension or FT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Recommends, develops and executes communication plans and solutions based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs, and in alignment with an overarching communication strategy.

• Provides communications advice and guidance to assigned business/group, on communication principles/programs/approaches, on effective ways to communicate (e.g. message development, vehicle selection, etc.), and on implementation of solutions.

Must Have Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a communications role
  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field of study
  • Writing and editing skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience with Photoshop and any design platform
  • Previous banking experience

Interview Process:

First Round - 30 min Teams meeting with Senior Team Member

Second Round - 30mins Teams meeting with HM and HM's one-up
