What is the opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our fast-growing team to help us deploy and support cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and tools. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentication and has in-depth experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems. Success in this role requires direct experience in authentication operation, directory services, federation, identity management, and cyber security.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for supporting enterprise-wide services in the IAM domain including authentication and directory platforms.
  • Assist with investigation and triage activities of security-related incidents providing detailed technical research and analysis.
  • Perform proactive security activities and deep technical analysis to increase the safety and soundness of the operational environment.
  • Collaborate with application support teams, application custodians and IAM business analyst team to maintain up to date IAM Operation guides and processing documents.
  • Perform root cause analysis for in-scope systems, identify improvements, and drive to implementation.
  • Provide occasional after-hours support.


What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

  • Professional with experience in Information Security and other general IT functions
  • 3 or more years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems in large environments.
  • Experience creating maintaining processing documents.
  • Strong analytics and reporting experience
  • Experience with cloud identity management
  • Strong technical writing aptitude
  • Broad understanding of IT controls, testing and maintenance and regulatory requirements
  • Strong ability to manage client and stakeholder relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in the area of IT service management (i.e. incident, problem, and change)
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results
  • Ability to work with a diverse cross-section of individuals across business, functional and organizational boundaries in a multi-faceted /diverse environment.


Nice-to-have

  • Data analysis experience
  • Professional certification(s) related to information security such as CISA CRISC, CISM, and CISSP
