Your Role

  • Supervise a team of 5 direct reports operating in the fraud sector on cards (Credit, Debit).
  • Monitor fraud prevention models.
  • Assist the team in developing and optimizing prevention and detection strategies.
  • Support operational fraud prevention teams.
  • Analyze and quantify the impacts of proposed process improvements.
  • Propose initiatives to reduce losses associated with banking fraud and implement them.
  • Participate in defining the strategic directions of the Risk Management sector.
  • Make recommendations to reduce loss risks, increase the Bank's profitability, optimize operational efficiency, and improve data quality.

Your Team

Within the Financial Crime sector, you are part of a large team of 12 colleagues reporting to the Senior Director, Fraud Risk Management. Our team stands out for its strong analytical capacity and its exposure within the bank.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or completed Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in data visualization techniques (SAS, PowerBI, SQL, Python).
  • Experience in management.
  • Customer experience-focused attitude and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in combating financial crime.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
