Responsibilities

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis support for 3-year plan across Loblaw Media/Advance and Total Enterprise Marketing
  • Assist with month-end close including drafting journal entries
  • Consolidation of Marketing forecast on a periodic basis
  • Update period end slides and provide commentary on results
  • Analyze weekly and periodic results to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Consolidate large amounts of information into simple and easy to understand reports
  • Liaise with other functional areas within the organization to coordinate cross-functional analyses and data accumulation
  • Ad hoc projects and variance investigation

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and ability to use Macros and visualization tools an asset
  • Excellent time management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Interest in learning more about Loblaw Media/Advance and Total Enterprise Marketing
