Create and implement global product/brand strategies and associated tactics aimed at achieving or exceeding annual and long range (3 to 5 years) revenue and profit targets.
Develop, implement and maintain ‘’Go to Market’’ strategies for JDI products including advertising, marketing communications, market access/reimbursement strategies and sales support tactical plans.
Partner with appropriate external marketing resources to develop innovative programs and solutions for new product launches.
Oversee the successful launch of new products within existing and new markets/territories.
Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and business plans.
Lead specific customer networking initiatives including presentations to clients, industry groups, influencers, trade shows and exhibitions.
Design and maintain JDI pricing and GM management policies and procedures.
Maintain a strong working relationship with other members of the JDI leadership team and internal functions, Scientific, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain resources to optimize customer interface and product enhancements.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of JDI products, related technology developments, products innovations and competitive products developments.
Keep abreast of changes to marketplace and industry and adjust marketing plans accordingly, stay current with international variances in cultural and legal issues.

Bachelor of Science preferably in life science; MBA, an asset.
At least 10 years of product or marketing management within the Healthcare sector (medical imaging industry and nuclear medicine preferred), including market access experience and new product launching.
Expertise in Business to Business environment.
Strategic thinking and good analytical skills with the ability to write effective marketing/business plans.
Excellent presentation skills, able to create and deliver convincing positions covering a broad spectrum of complex business issues.
Capacity to multitask a number of projects at a time and manage both high level (strategic) and low level (operational) issues
Self-starter and result-oriented with an ability to identify trends and opportunities, form a vision and draw appropriate conclusions.
Interpersonal skills to effectively function with a dynamic multidisciplinary team in an entrepreneurial setting and a changing environment.
