Description

In this role, you will:
  • Provide general office support and assistance
  • Answer phones, screen and redirect calls
  • Provide information to telephone and reception staff
  • Verify and enter data
  • Prepare correspondence
  • File documents and e-mails
  • Order office supplies
  • Prepare contracts, purchase orders, etc.
  • Open and update files
  • Open and distribute mail and e-mails
  • All other related tasks

Requested skills

You have the profile we're looking for if you have :
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the French language
