The purpose of this position is to provide technical support in the procurement, configuration, installation, testing and maintenance of shared systems software/hardware platforms and ministry line of business applications and servers, including problem resolution to ministry users, customers and vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in the computer science field, or equivalent AND A minimum of three (3) years related experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.

Preference may be given to candidates:

  • with working experience of Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI’s) line of business applications.
  • with more experience in any of the above.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
