Description
To provide both conceptual and detailed design services to various projects involving the provision of indoor and outdoor substations for industrial applications, covering 161 kV down to 25 kV and applicable stations services.

Requested skills
- B. Sc. Electrical Engineering, member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
- At least 10 years of experience in the design of substations and switchyards in a Consultancy, Utility or Industrial Environment;
- Wide knowledge of substations layout, for industrial applications and of the associated equipment used therein, such as: VFD, Engines, Transformers, commutation equipment and protection relays;
- Experience in substation’s equipment layout, short circuit studies and bus design, insulation coordination, grounding studies and design, planning and site construction methods, technical specifications preparation, technical analysis and budgetary estimates;
- Knowledge of contract management (technical) is desirable;
- French/English bilingualism (spoken and written).
