Description
- Assist SLII Senior Vice-President and Regional Vice-Presidents in marketing and business development efforts for Africa;
- Business follow-up and coordination with product units, overseas offices, and core corporate services, for the business development in Africa;
- Initial screening of prospects in accordance with product units’ guidelines and assisting product units in prospect development;
- Meetings and presentations for visiting delegations;
- Assist in formulating the strategic initiatives related to the region;
- Prepare market intelligence information;
- Monitor marketing databank information;
- Prepare business development documentation related to the region;
- Coordinate company registrations with other business units in the region
- Initiating and maintaining liaisons activities with foreign and Canadian Government organizations and Business Councils
- Business promotion activities;
- Assistance in finalizing commercial agreements.
