Responsibilities:
  • BD documentation Editing and Quality Control (ALL) – Prior to issue to management (Work with the Proposal and Marketing Centre Manager to ensure that there is sufficient time allowed to review the documentation prior to the management review process)
  • Coordinate the preparation and publication of project fact sheets
  • CV editing
  • Work with the Proposal and Marketing Centre Manager to streamline the experience profiles for proposals – Ensure that data is reviewed on a quarterly basis
  • Work with the Proposal and Marketing Centre Manager to streamline typical EOI’s that are prepared by the division – Ensure that data is reviewed on a quarterly basis
  • Work with the Proposal and Marketing Centre Manager to streamline proposal preparation functions (templates) to ease the proposal preparation process
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Level of education: University
Diploma : Bachelor's Degree
Work experience (years) : 5 years
Written French : Excellent knowledge
Spoken French : Excellent knowledge
Written English : Excellent knowledge
Spoken English : Excellent knowledge

Requested skills

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
  • Previous experience in the mining & metallurgy and/or chemical industries
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in operations
  • English / French bilingualism with professional writing, editing and revising capabilities in English
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Strong technical writing abilities as well as strong communication skills are essential
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities
  • Flexible, with proven ability to prioritize tasks
